Anyone cooking? Stew beef soup with mushrooms and seared potato. Worked it up from a mirepoix base.

I did real simple tonight. Did up a batch of wings with my all purpose spice mix, baked them at 500*, then hit them with Franks Hot Wing Sauce. That and some Amish potato salad. (Don’t know what makes it “Amish”). Was going to do old school Chicken ala King, but decided I didn’t want to wait.

Your’s sounds great however. Ya start with a good base of aromatics, let everything get all mingled together, it’s got to be good.

On a side note, looks like I’ll get one of the recumbent bikes out on the road tomorrow. Weather is promising, and a nice 20-25 mile spin might be just what I need.
