I live right across the street from the hospital, and with the usual prevailing winds the approach path for the Dustoff helicopters is right over my house. There have been 3 in the last half hour, never a good sign.

The rails are just absolutely twisted off the track, and some of the support structures that hold the overhead power lines are down. It’s going to take weeks for all of the lines that use that junction (CSX, SEPTA, Amtrak) to get running again.

If you leave in NE Philly or Bucks County and use SEPTA’s Trenton line, you better find another to get to work for the next month or so.
