The natural history museum is actually pretty weak, especially the dinosaurs and fossils section. The area is still has a 70’s color scheme.

I’m pretty sure they planning to renovate large chunks of the museum, though.

it is a huge undertaking…the History museum was closed for almost two years for a redo…aside from that the Smithsonian is a destination in and of itself…a must see for everybody…the A and S is utterly mind boggling
