I liked the ST:ENT cast (especially Bakula) much better than the bulk of the ST:VOY cast (Mulgrew excepted); the problem with Enterprise is it took so long for them to get the plots interesting, UPN canceled them by the time they started getting it right. That’s not to say I didn’t enjoy some episodes from the first couple of seasons, because there were some good ones.

Berman and Braga suck…because of them (in part), the cancellation of ST:ENT marked the first time in 18 years that there wasn’t a first-run ST series on TV.

To get it right, they had to take the reins away from Berman & Braga and give them to Manny Coto, which was probably the only good decision made in the series’ history. The fourth season was how the series should have been from the start, paying homage to what had come before while filling in the blanks, rather than being a Voyager clone.
