No the tweet makes it sound like he is standing there smiling while West is calling Obama a Rockefeller republican in Blackface. That actually was some appearance he made with Tavis Smiley or something. There was a clip from West on Bill Maher, a clip from like a CNN appearance etc.

Associating with West is bad enough IMO.
