Nah I’m not gonna give a public official the benefit of the doubt for just retweeting anything he sees. Maybe get the hell off Twitter and stop looking at bots praising him and his boss.

Yeah, performative social media sentimentality doesn’t suddenly become good because it’s Veteran’s Day, and the fact that he’s so intent on the perfunctory display that he’s not thinking critically about who he’s responding to shows how superficial this is.

Also, he’s on social media and apparently not prepared for trolling.
