You’re lucky in Germany - here in Czech Republic, there’s a de facto cartel of O2, T-Mobile and Vodafone….and the Czech Telecommunication Authority refuses to do anything about it. IIRC, we have the second-highest mobile tariffs in the EU.

Bulgaria got a similar cartel deal with electricity: some of the lowest wages and the highest prices for electricity in Europe
