Just thinking about how the Manhattan DA’s office did not take this kind of time and consideration before charging the Central Park 5 for crimes they didn’t commit.

In the real world - two questions criminal prosecutors ask before indicting:

1) Do we have sufficient proof of guilt?

2) Based upon evidence admissible at trial, can we get 12 jurors to convict?
