They ought to contract this out to the Russians. If memory serves correctly, back in the late ‘70’s, early ‘80’s, when kidnappings and the like started happening in Lebanon, some Soviets were taken as well. The response from them was swift and gruesome and word quickly spread to leave them alone………
The Russians don’t lose much sleep wringing their hands over Geneva Convention niceties or the like…….
