I’m still wondering… did POTUS misspeak, or did he really not understand that foreign corporations have never been and remain after the SCOTUS ruling not able to legally donate to our campaigns?

I posted a link in spinoffs about that. I also added a link in the comments there that rated Obama’s SOTU comment ‘barely true’.
