Damn…I said “sodium free” as an assumption. I use it all of the time and it is not salty to taste. But, then I checked, is not sodium free at all. Must be the amount that I add, doesn’t come out salty to taste at all. It is a commercial brand that I got from a vegan commercial kitchen.

The container says…US Foodservice, Columbia, MD.

I guess it is just the amount… Find the taste very pleasant.
