Yeah I’m sure that North Korea/Iran would be real scared that we’d threaten to cut them off as trading partners if Russia and China were willing to supply them instead.

Steve sanctions only really work if they’re universal and they’ll never be anything close to universal without Russia and China agreeing to be a part of them.
