The check means an account is “verified”, as in it’s the actual account of someone notable.

In reality, it doesn’t mean too much, sicne plenty of folks have theirs without being famous - or even without really proving who they are.

Yeah…I know it says “verified”—but what’s verified, and how? It sounds like just a mark of approval handed out at random—so I’m glad Chuck never got it.
