A question. Can Ebola be transfered from a dog to a person and from a person to their pet? Is that why there was talk about killing the Dallas nurse’s pet dog?

Have a good friend who is a vet and was discussing with her yesterday. She says there really isn’t enough evidence to be conclusive, but what there is points to dogs being able to carry and transmit the virus.
