It’s lawfare after all, and the delay benefits Trump. For a guy who claims he’s transparent, it’s clear he’s transparently criminal and knows damned well that the evidence under wraps is highly damaging to him. If it was exculpatory, they’d be posting it for all to see.

It isn’t.

The kicker will be that Merrick Garland will get an opportunity to weigh in.
