Since his request to remove the case to federal court was denied, a renewed motion would be dealt with summarily; he can’t get a delay of this case that way.

Long ago, I learned my lesson about what Trump can and can’t get away with. I expect his lawyers will out due themselves trying to get this trial delayed or transferred to a new judge.
