Is there in the history of conspiracy theories a single one that turned out being true? Just one?

There have been a lot of conspiracies and a lot of secrets, but I know of no conspiracy that:
a. allegedly involved massive numbers of people and organizationaly un-related agencies.
and
b. Was maintained for decades on end in the face of purported public exposure.
and
C. That later proved to be real.
