Thought: LGF is often characterized as a “conservative” blog (inaccurate IMO), and Politico put LGF on the “Belt of Reagan” in its constellation of political websites…

Many of us here prefer to thing of it as the anti-“idiotarian” blog (btw, if you look up “anti-idiotarian” in Wikipedia you are directed to… Charles Johnson’s webpage!)

A term that is relatively new in this field, and which some are trying to establish, is Agnotology.

It is a difficult term to further modify though… I don’t know if LGF should be called an Agnotology blog, or an anti-Agnotology blog… since I don’t know if this place (the sum total of LGF) really studies the spread of cultural ignorance, or attempts to fight it.
