This reminds me of an incident back in the earlier 90s, when pepper spray was being dabbed in protester’s eyes to get them to unlock themselves from a metal-sleeve chain at a demo.

There were extensive repercussions in court.

These guys need to be canned, then sued. As does the UC System. If I were a parent of a kid out there, I would be in homicidal attack mode right now.
