I got a very nice courtesy call from Charles Schwab. I guess my trade yesterday must have triggered on of their brokers to check in and make sure I’m happy with their service. Great people, friendly, informative, customer service picks up the phone after a few rings and they’ve always been native English speakers here in the States. They just called to tell me of all the free services they offer that I’m not using. They’re giving me a free hour long portfolio consultation with a non commissioned broker. Very nice.
