It is physically impossible. 3.14159265… is the absolute MINIMUM circumference/diameter ration possible. Distort the circle, and the circumference lengthens without affecting the average diameter.

My tires are rounded to an even 3 at the moment. But thats just not pretty anyway. Braking is usually done by foot or by yelling LOOK OUT.
