I got into a poker game in Vegas hotel casino that people would come in and play 3 hands then leave and then people started to stay and the 7 of us were having fun. I started at about 9 pm and left at about 3 am. When I checked out of hotel at about 10 am, those remaining 6 were still at the table, still telling jokes.

If you get a good table, good people, good jokes and free beer, it can be magic.: ) As a regular, the pit bosses almost always overrate my level of play, so I can earn better comps. They’d rather have 6 friendly, small to medium players at a table, than one or two high roller jerks cussing at the dealer and bringing down the customers.
