With or without salt? Takes longer to boil salt than water, so it slows the whole process (but tastes better).

Without, because I am lazy. It also raises the boiling temperature of the water slightly - you can think of it like the salt ions are interfering with the escape route of the water molecules and so more energy is needed for them to break free at the appropriate rate for ‘boiling’ (which is really just the point where the vapor pressure of the liquid equals atmospheric pressure, which is why water boils at a lower temperature at higher elevations).

(Boiling salt would be impressive.)
