Acute accent: Acento ortográfico
Tilde is the same (though in Spanish it is considered a separate letter from “n,” not an accent mark)
Diaeresis in Spanish is Dieresis

OK…I call the diacritics in, for example, Curação “cedilla” and “tilde” respectively, but I know neither term is Portuguese. What should I call them?
