The trip is two weeks. Non-clothing stuff I am bringing might include a DSLR, a MacBook, a cellphone, chargers, an umbrella (collapsible, small, used in Japan before), a jacket and maybe some small handmade gifts if I can find the time to make them, two medication syringes that are non-negligible in size and my glucose meter and supplies. Since it’s Japan, I’m skipping pretty much all the toiletries except for hair gel and a comb.

The more I think about it, the more I’m thinking that the 21 inch suitcase is what I should get.

This is the set I use to travel everywhere (there are more colors than green). It’s a very easy set to carry around, and I’ve found it very sturdy. Also, it doesn’t need to be checked.
