Another reminder that wingnuts view “mentally ill” as a pejorative.

Most deranged wingnuts are mentally ill themselves. Anti-social personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, that comes to mind. And people with those personality disorders are inherently incapable of knowing they are mentally ill.
