It probably wouldn’t be that easy. He can drag things out in courts while his cronies at the state level try to have votes thrown out etc, His goal would be to have the election thrown to the House, which he would win since each delegation gets only one vote.

Basically, we could go to January with both sides claiming victory and no sense of what the outcome could be, and threats of states to ignore the results whichever way it goes.

One vote per delegation only applies if no-one won the electoral college. If the Democrats win the House, they can certify the results if the Democrat won the EC. Question will be if Roberts joins the 4 other Rightwing Justices in throwing out the popular vote based on “massive voter fraud”, or if he will recognize that such a judicial coup could result in Civil War.
