As an example of the delayed weekend effect on CV19 data management, Alabama reported about triple its average number of deaths today. Hope to hell that’s a reporting artifact.

It would make sense that deaths from Friday through Sunday night might not have a final report until Tuesday; it wouldn’t be surprising if there is typically a day lag on cause of death.
