I love conventions. I go to one (no costumes) and my friends couldn’t believe that I was going to an out of state hotel to get together with strangers from the internet. They had read all the horror stories in the news.

I’ve been to about 50 of them. They’re not strangers after you meet them! Then they’re just the friends you see every year. And get drunk with every year And stay up too late arguing about where the best Thai food is every year.
