They make the very good point that some of our options to deal with climate change— the easiest, lowest-cost options that will save the most number of American lives— are going to disappear in the next decade if we don’t act quickly.

this is exactly what I’ve argued for all along….if deniers can’t get on board with the science, then maybe they will respond to a shortage and security crisis…if we act positively it will effectively help to lower CO2 emissions….presto!
