Ugh… The NASA logo morphing into the star and crescent… As laughable as these people are, they’re potentially making the world more dangerous for everyone by crying wolf at every. single. possible. issue.

Radical Islam does pose a threat to the Western world, and it’s important that the people who can deal with it are able to discern real threats from made-up crap about logos. Right now, I think that’s the case. But what if the people who believe every crazy theory Fox throws out manage to elect a lot more Bachmans and Becks? What happens if policy makers treat this issue with the same kind of paranoid lens?
