Well, I’m not a fan of carrying guns in public.

Mom’s kind of a… em… wise acre (I have to say that nicely, she’s my mother), but now you don’t have to wonder where I get it from.

It might pose a danger for normal people. However, I don’t think someone who is thinking about bringing a gun to a bar to shoot someone is going turn around and think “I better not bring a gun to the bar because that’s against the law.”
