In yet another sign that you can’t please everyone - people are grumbling that there were no clergy invited to invoke prayers at the WTC ceremonies on 9/11, that rescue personnel were not invited to attend b/c there isn’t space sufficient for them to attend, etc.

Oh, and the usual suspects are still riled up about the proposed Cordoba House/Park51 center, even though it’s years from ever seeing construction because financing hasn’t been secured.

Really, really sucks rescue personnel aren’t invited. If I were a politician or otherwise superfluous personnel, I’d give-up my spot to a fireman. There might not be a memorial if not for them.
