It seems the Eu is taking the lead. Obama plan to “fuck the EU” and go with the UN has yet to materialize but he did call Merkel today to get caught up with their progress.

It seems that the Ukrainian Rada is in full-on rebellion against Yanukovych as well, thereby adding a constitutional crisis to Ukraine’s woes.
