Sounds delish! Since it sounds like you love to use herbs, I’ve got to ask you, do you ever use tarragon? I have been swapping it our for some other herbs just for variety and have really enjoyed it.
If anyone out there has a dish that’s great with tarragon, I’m all ears.
Tarragon Chicken Breast
Brown 4 chicken breasts in butter and oil mix over medium heat
Remove chicken from pan…add green onions then…
4-6 concasse tomatoes and tarragon leaves
after 2-3 minutes add 1/2 cup each dry white wine/chicken stock/heavy cream
reduce, then add chicken back to pan.
I like to serve this over yellow rice.
