Looks like Sweden will be handing in its NATO application on Monday, 16 May:

Sweden and Finland are now taking rapid and coordinated steps towards the historic decision to apply for membership in the Defense Alliance.

At nine o’clock today, Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin and President Sauli Niinistö sent out a press release stating that they are in favor of Finnish NATO membership and that Finland must submit an application “without delay”.

Later in the day, the Swedish Social Democrats will hold the last digital membership meeting on the NATO issue.

Tomorrow, the security policy analysis group where all parliamentary parties are represented will be ready with their report which will be presented at a press conference at 10. There will be no clear writing that Sweden should join NATO but the conclusion will be clear between the lines, according to several sources. The Left Party and the Green Party, which are both opposed to NATO membership, are expected to make reservations.

On Sunday 15 May, the Social Democratic Party board will hold an extra meeting where they are expected to make the decision to apply for membership.

The next day, on Monday 16 May at 10.30, there will be an extra parliamentary debate on the security policy analysis. According to previous information on the Riksdag’s website, Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson would submit a “feedback report”, but that information has now been removed and replaced with information about the extra debate.

According to Expressen’s sources, the Prime Minister will convene an extra government meeting later on Monday where the historic decision will be made. Immediately after the meeting, the application for the NATO application will be submitted, if nothing unforeseen occurs.

President Biden can troll Putin nicely by sending him a trophy cup or a medallion, engraved with something to the effect of “Awarded to Vladimir V. Putin in recognition of being the #1 recruiter for NATO”.
