I’m sorry- I’ve seen a lot of busted shop lifters, and using pepper-spray in a grocery store is beyond heavy handed. I’m not going to cut this guy slack. He clearly has issues that have already shown to lead to violent over-reactions. With a mentality like that, and with 2 guns outside a Presidential event- I think “violent gun totter” is a valid description.
