I’ve been watching on BBC. I’m getting LA riot flashbacks.
Remember poor Reginald Denny?
People patrolling my neighborhood, on my roof with binoculars and fire extinguishers scattered around. Guns out of the lock box, right at hand albeit inside out of sight. Heck we even watched a tiny strip mall nearby, including a neighbors donuts shop. Thankfully no trouble in my zip code.

I was in college at the time. Our professor heard the verdict was getting announced that afternoon and cancelled our afternoon class.
