Attacking police, trying to storm a building which doesn’t belong to them, throwing things at cops from the balcony are not protected forms of free speech.
I’m not sure what else you’d expect. The phelps clan, the KKK and neonazis aren’t allowed to do these things either. It’s just common sense that you can’t legally attack police officers.
