I just saw this video with a translation:

Translation: These houses were broken into the night before by Palestini or Lebanese Hezbollah imported into the country by ahmadi et al (same people that have been busy beating up Iranian women and killing Iranian university students)

Residents are saying “an Iranian would never do that to another Iranian”
