vxbush— thank you so much for that, it really helped me to understand how it worked in a way that the description in the article didn’t.
One question, since you know about this stuff— slide 7 explained where the number of (random) letters added to the beginning of each line came from, but what determined the number added to the end of each line? (i’m reading kind of quickly, apologies if I missed something very obvious)
