I might be more sympathetic for the protesters if they weren’t so fucking ignorant. This healthcare bill is SO anti-abortion that feminist groups are up in arms at the Obama administration over it.

There is absolutely no federal funding for abortions to the point where women who want abortion coverage have to seek a special abortion coverage rider that they must pay for out of their own pockets, with no federal dollars even allowed to pay for a subsidy. How the fuck can anyone who has actually read the bill think it has government funding for abortion?

I’ve been looking for some articles or positions from feminist groups in regards to this bill and the lack of abortion coverage, can you link me to some?
