This guy used to parade around Market Street in San Francisco (haven’t seen him in a while)

Here he is in front of AT&T park.

There was an interview with him a few years back…he’d disappear for a few weeks and people wondered where he went…his answer, “I go skiing in the Sierras for a few weeks each winter on vacation.”

That’s Frank Chu, the sign guy. Now he’s at this afternoon’s Tea Party in SF, count on it.
