Stacey Abrams would agree with that. Imo Arizona and Georgia could be the 2020 version of 2008 Virginia and Colorado.

Arizona, Georgia, Iowa, and North Carolina are probably the red states most likely to at least become purple. What’s interesting is that Arizona and Georgia, per PVI are R+5, the D+5 states include places like Oregon, which I couldn’t imagine going Republican.
