Okay. I went and looked it up. We’ll see what happens. I’m of the opinion that “something is better than nothing”, though I would, of course, love to see the Democrats run roughshod over the Republicans. But I know they can’t if they want to have any hope of negotiating on voting rights or other non-reconciliation bills.
