Yes, they can all work together. Humans, however, make mistakes. It happens all the time. Why create a situation that might encourage more mistakes? Would that situation be better or worse than what we have now? I don’t see how it could be better, it might be the same, and it might be worse. To me, the risk that it might be worse is not worth the risk.

I guess I don’t see the percentages changing. There are people who will act inappropriately regardless. If you have 10 job openings, why not hire the 10 best people for the job, based on education, experience and skill sets? Why does sexual orientation have to be part of the equation?

Out of those 10 people 5 will be good workers, 5 will cause problems —regardless of their personal situation.
