Grats! Great time to be buying a house! You probably wouldn’t see bargains like there are now again if you lived to be 100 :-)

I got a nice pad 2000 sq ft, 4/2 on half an acre for 190K. It’s in Mobile AL but I’m still happy with the deal I got.
