It might pose a danger for normal people. However, I don’t think someone who is thinking about bringing a gun to a bar to shoot someone is going turn around and think “I better not bring a gun to the bar because that’s against the law.”

That might be true, but the entire idea is ludicrous and dangerous. You can say that about any law, so why even have laws at all if people are going to break them anyway. You know what I’m saying?
