Hey my friend. It’s frankly unthinking to believe that WHO a person is (and that is largely shaped by their own real world experiences) won’t affect their judgment in whatever job(s) they obtain.
And while she has actually said somethings about policy and minorities, that doesn’t make her any less biased than current Justices, except they were smart enough not to make their prejudices public before they got on the SCOTUS. Every single Justice on SCOTUS makes decsions at least in part because of who they are and what life experiences they bring to the table.

Excellent point. Of course we don’t have robots on the bench, and to think they wouldn’t use their own experiences in making decisions is ludicrous.
