Doing well, hey I tried to get your email from your blue nic yesterday but that darn safe mail thingy doesn’t work for me. When I type in “turn” and repeat the pass code it keeps comiing back “try again”. Do I need to have a blue nic in order to use that thing?

I know this may be obvious, but you have to type in the passcode in REVERSE ORDER. The instructions say that but it’s easy to just blank out and miss that and type them as they appear on the screen. Could that be your problem?
